Ritchie's hostel & hotel
Ritchie's Hostel & Hotel is located in the center of Prague, at no. 9 and 13 Karlova street, less than 300m from the Charles Bridge in direction of Prague's historic Old Town Square. The house was built in 14th century and has been known since then as "U kamenné hlavy" (By the Stone Head). The hostel & hotel feature rooms with 2-12 beds. Most rooms have a bathroom (shower and toilet). Valuables or important documents can be stored in a safe at the reception, where service is provided 24 hours. Refreshments are also available in the reception area.

Reservation confirmation
When you fill out the accommodation form, you will receive a confirmation and an invoice by e-mail. Payment is possible by bank transfer. It is not possible to pay by a credit card. The full payment of accommodation is required to guarantee the reservation. Accommodation must be paid before 15th September 2011. Any reservation made after 15th September 2011 is subject to availability.
Payment type: SHA (shared charges)
To simplify the identification of your payment please enclose a copy of your payment and send it to HOTEL ROOM by e-mail: vachova@hotelroom.cz.
Reservations will be processed on a "first come, first served" basis. Due to heavy demand (October is a high season in Prague) and to the fact that the distribution of rooms in many hotels is limited, accommodation cannot be guaranteed after 15th September 2011. However HOTEL ROOM will make every effort to meet the participants' requirements.
All rates quoted are per room per night including 10% VAT, fees and breakfast. Should the VAT change before the beginning of the Congress, HOTEL ROOM will automatically change the price of your hotel room and inform you in writing about the new rate.
Cancellations, changes and refunds Please inform HOTEL ROOM of any amendments or cancellations in writing by e-mail: vachova@hotelroom.cz. Amendments by telephone will not be accepted.
The date of delivery of your written cancellation to HOTEL ROOM will be considered as the date of cancellation.
Please do not contact the hotel directly for any reservation changes or cancellations. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.
The following cancellation conditions apply to the cancellation or shortening of a reservation:
In case of no show, the room will be kept for the guest until 12 noon of the day following the date of expected arrival; the room will then be released.
Extras are to be paid individually directly at the hotel reception before departure.
